All About Making Complaints About a Company

You got done dirty by some company that took you for just another rube that they could walk all over. You call them up to get your money back and they offer you free services in return. “Free services”!! “I wouldn't deal with you jerks again if you paid me cash money for doing so”!! “Take your free services and stick em where the sun don't shine”!!

Calm Down and Keep a Cool Head

You “aint” through with them yet though. Your “gonna” make damn sure that they never forget you name and maybe teach em a lesson or two along the way. Your first step is to calm down and put your emotions on the shelf, so you can do clean strategic work.

Take Them to Small Claims Court

One good first step would be to file small claims action at your local court house clerks office. Theres plenty of information online on how to do it and it would serve two purposes.

Two Good Reasons

First it will get you some money and theres a good chance that they probably won't show up, which means you win by default. Secondly, it provides you with documentation of the injustice they have foisted on you. In short, a judge has reviewed your complaint and declared it valid and not libelous.

Make Some Phone Calls and Write Some Letters

Contact the better business bureau and show them a copy of your court decree. It may turn out that you are one of many others who have been contacting them about the company. Then contact some of their competitors and send them a copy of your small claims judgment decree.

Take Out a Classified Add

Perhaps they may be interested in showing it to potential clients. Another thing that you might think of doing is running a small add in your local classifieds announcing that you have been awarded a court judgment against the company and also asking others who may have been wronged by the company to contact you.
